I just returned from Laos where I was fortunate enough to find this really nice Akha Hill Tribe woman's headdress. The ornately decorated headdress is still worn by many Akha women today as a ceremonial dress at festivals, religious holidays, weddings etc. Nowadays such pieces are becoming increasingly more difficult to find and procures as traditional ways are giving way to the modern world. It is especially difficult to find such richly decorated head dress these days. I bet none of your friends has one of these
