Opium Weight - Large Bronze Hintha / Hamsa Bird

Large Bronze Duck Hintha / Hamsa Bird
I do not know about the origin (or anything else) regarding this piece.  It looks like an opium weight, but weighs much more than they typically do.  Here is the information I have:
Weight - about 18 pounds
Octagon base is 5"
Height is 8" and length from tail to beak is about 7"
On the front of the base are 3 letters are encircled.  Y H T
On the back of the base is the word Bogdo
Also on the back (below Bogdo) are 4 Chinese(?) characters
