    Description

    An excellent example of a traditional pouch carried by the indigenous hunters of Borneo, Indonesia.
    The attached items, such as feathers, skin pellets and shells are tokens of their catch. The woven/knitted leather or string, is adorned with the yellow, wild orchid vines.
    I purchased this in Indonesia in the mid-1980's and believe it was vintage back then.
