    This is a linen postcard of a bird's-eye view of The Power House Area at the Garrison Dam in North Dakota.  Card is postally unused and was copyrighted in 1950 by artist Edward A. Dunlavey, and published by E.C. Kropp.  Condition is good with bumped corners.
